I believe he must have taken some naked photos, but none have been published.
I follow some photographers and they always want to explore the sensuality of the model and with Pietro it would not be different, photos only in underwear and swim trunks are not enough, photographers want a picture of wet white underwear, a naked picture of the back showing the butt, so I think he had no trouble getting naked in this shoot.
My hope is that soon he will do a new rehearsal and show a little more, or show everything, although I think that for him to fully show his penis it will take a while!
