You do know that he is in real life something like a Walmart/whatever huge brand manager, right? I mean, he might be wrong and hyperbole, but he is entitled to this stark opinion, because he really has a real job and climbed the career ladder, rather than a stroke of luck and connections and minor talent getting you a job as voice actor.(and that is coming from someone who really loves good voice actors)
