These are the vehicles I want. I think I will get a 2022 Camaro, we will see how much the plane cost when it comes out of annual.

I had a CJ7. Built it with a fiberglass tub, 3"lift, 33's and some other goodies. Had lots of fun with it!

My Jeep is a 4 Wheel Parts tub from 1995.
It is 2 Jeeps welded together to get a rust free frame.
Every part that was broken when playing has been replaced with a stronger part.
It has a BDS 4” lift that is about 8” and rolls on 35” Goodyear MTR’s.
It runs Tarra Low transfer case, 3.15:1 with 4.56 ring gears.
Detroit Lockers F/R.
A Warn winch M5,000 from 1956 rewound to make 6000 pounds of pull, 150’ of AmSteel Blue Rope.
It is powered by a little inline 6, 232 with throttle body FI. Runs upside down, I have proven that.
Full roll cage and 4 point harnesses.
I am very pleased with how my Jeep turned out. I am getting older and I was hurt bad as a cop but I am so proud my future son in law is going to take my Jeep into the future and it will be passed down to my grandkids better than how I gave it to him.
I know the Jeep will never be sold just inherited.

That was very nearly my very first car. There was one in a used car yard that nearly had me....white two door convertible with deep red interior. but my parents talked me into buying a new car. When this beautiful Aussie arrived on the scene in the seventies it was love. :) Never owned one, I was a mopar guy then...For a Ford, it just had the look and class.... it was flying even when standing still.

I briefly had a 1964 Corvair Spyder identical to this. Sadly, a drunk crossed the centerline and hit me head on. Miraculously, I was not injured. The police kept looking for the corpse! View attachment 34253661

When my Grandfather retired from the Navy, they gave up their 1949 Cadillac that they used to drive to Mexico City and all over the West, and downsized to a 1961 Corvair. They used it to travel to their place in the Mountains at Big Bear. In 1965 they traded for a new Corvair Monza which my Grandmother drove for the rest of her life, keeping it 'till after 1993.

Their first Corvair was a four door, not sure, but I think the second one was a Coupe with performance package for Mountain driving. It sure served them well. And it fit better in the tiny garage that they had expanded to fit that Cadillac.
 
My Folks bought a new 1964 Plymouth Fury Station Wagon in California with my dad's company discount from Chrysler Aerospace, we drove it moving to to New York in 1967, and then to Alabama, where I learned to drive in that powerful beast with push-button auto, it had a 318 c.i. that got 16 mpg. I used it for my long commute from a rural area to High School, 16 miles each way. It needed a light touch on the power brakes that would easily lock up, and you didn't need to stand on the gas to make the tires spin.

The Fury had metallic Gold/ Beige paint like this.

It was my first, so I remember it fondly. I should have kept it.

Before I left for College I sold it to a young lady who I heard later abandoned it it the parking lot of the place where I worked, where I had sold it to her, telling her it had a cracked distributor cap. About $35 probably would have fixed it.
 
I have had this vehicle as a spare vehicle for many years. Most people probably don’t know it but it is a UAZ. Sort of a Russian Jeep/Land Rover type, Polish members should recognize this as I bought it from a Polish police department when they switched to Western vehicles. Pic not mine but looks the same. Gas hog but super fun and indestructible. Totally a tank of a vehicle.

Wife won’t get in it, bad memories from Marshal law times during the end of communism - she was arrested for her work with Solidarity and carted off by milicja to jail. So I am ok with her not wanting to ride it and she is ok with owning it. Love.

pic not mine as mine is older -1974 model but looks similar. Not sure if they make them anymore.

Just ran across this restoration of a UAZ, my wife has a Polish surname but I was unaware of the UAZ.

Great cars. It was too advanced for the American public which tends to be very conventional in almost all matters.
