Sadly, a LOT of big and medium time powerlifters and strongmen are usually right wing. It’s nothing new TBH. Daniel Bell, who is and can be considered a top tier powerlifter, is the latest example of that when he posted to his story about voting and who he voted for. I suspect in the days and weeks to come, you will probably see more of these guys make snide hints or remarks dictating who they voted for.

But that’s not the issue for me. Like…I only want to see these dudes lifting content and of course, shirtless content. Not interested in their political views or opinions. If they wanted to do that, they should make a personal page where they can talk about that until the cows come home. At least then, people would be able to see what that person stands for.

But that’s not the point of this thread. Thoughts notwithstanding, this thread is to talk about who I and others think are hot in the strongman and powerlifting worlds. If I wanted to talk about a powerlifter or strongman’s politics, I would probably start a new thread on it.

You and I both know that don’t mean anything. He could be as str8 and married as all get out until the sun sets, and still on the low and low, be hooking up with or sending spicy pics to dudes unbeknownst to his wife. It’s usually the case. It ain’t all of them, but it’s a few of them out here. And it’s usually the guys like mad1lifts that are the most public that usually have something to hide that they don’t want the general public to know about.

I’ve seen and heard countless cases of it, I’ve talked to some of these “str8 and married” PL/strongmen dudes and they have talked about some of their more “intimate” thoughts on getting with dudes. Maybe some haven’t and won’t act on it, but some have. You just don’t hear about it as much because they make the other dude swear to secrecy about it. A classic tale.

I just wanted to get on here and say:

I started this thread to admire the hot studs of powerlifting and strongman. I am so proud of how this thread has turned out. However, I know that there have been some noticeable powerlifters and strongman that have well, voted for and endorsed “that guy” leading up to and following the US election. One of the most noticeable and standouts being Brian Shaw(see his thread for more).

It’s not gonna be easy for a lot of us that looked up to these men of strength to no longer support them, but at the end of the day, it is what it is. Whether you continue to support these guys, most of whom are publicly or privately right wing or not, it is entirely up to you and at your discretion. But I will obviously continue to shine a light on the men that use their strength not just to move weight, pick heavy things up and put them back down, but also highlight how they treat and respect others.

Things will be rough for a lot of us for a long time to come. And if anyone needs anyone to talk to, my inbox is open to allow you to have space to vent. I will continue to do my part to highlight the strong and sexy guys that bring light and positivity to the world of strongman and powerlifting. Thank you for reading and understanding.
