I might be wrong but I've heard OF is pretty strict about their rules. Once they kick you out they don't let you back in (especially content creators). I find it a bit odd that they deleted his account and a couple of days later he's back with a different account. If OF made a mistake they would give him back his original account.
I find it odd, too, but he has a nice dick so I don't ask questions.
