Yes. If someone sends you a ppv that doesn’t match up to what they described it as. Especially if they say it’s nudity and it’s just them in some undies. You can also request a refund for duplicate ppvs too.

Ballo is a scammer. if he’s scammed once, he’s a scammer. there’s been several complaints of him charging absurd prices for videos that are a mere seven seconds long and very underwhelming content being distributed.
i’m not paying $30 for “ 9 of my hottest sex tapes” and 7 of the 9 videos are 30 seconds long and poorly lit.
Oh I’ll never give him another dime. I already got my refund, but won’t fall for it again.
