Nadal's probably going to get a warning for time violations every game at the French- they're not letting ball kids bring you towels, you have to walk back and get them yourself.

I'll believe it when I see it. French was moved just to give Nadal another major.

I can see that- I don't know why they love him so much...After Courier won once- he learned some French to thank them the next time he won...Nadal has 12 and hasn't learned or spoken a word- while Novak is fluent and they hate his guts.

You're lying.

and you're blocked (which means I won't be able to see your snarky reply, so don't waste the group's time by making one)...he's never spoken it in any of his victory speeches- forgive me for not having knowledge of a time when he spoke some in an empty stadium...you could have said- 'no, that's wrong- here...' but you chose to be a dick. bravo.

He’s spoken French plenty of times after winning. Certainly the last several years. True, he isn’t fluent, I think he just has a different mind from Djokovic and Federer.

Also, I haven’t seen much evidence to suggest Djokovic is at all disliked in Paris. The year he won and the year before that he got some very long standing ovations from the crowd. Particularly the year he lost, he was almost brought to tears.

Last year (or the year before?) when time controls were adopted for the Slams I anticipated he would run into a lot of trouble but I didn’t notice him getting many warnings. Though I imagine it was a struggle for him to adjust. It will be interesting to see if he has much trouble due to the new protocols, but I think he will be okay.
