Have also wondered the same thing.
A couple of years ago, I was sharing, with a buddy, what I envisioned such a place might be laid out. Typically, it would resemble a regular barber shop with same chairs etc.. The wall where the mirror and
"Scaper's Tools" would generally be found, would be all mirror. The
Scaper's Tools would be next to the chair, leaving room to walk around the chair, keeping the mirrored wall unobstructed.
A customer comes in, sits in a
Scape Chair, is swiveled around facing the mirror, and cranked up to a height where he can easily see over the
Scaper, who sits on a stool before him. This way he can see his crotch being worked on by the
Scaper...as well as see up and down the row of
Scape Chairs, and clearly see the other customers being
Scaped, Sucked or Stroked.
Aligned on the opposite wall would be the chairs for waiting
Scapees, who can pretty much see what is going on. If they look up toward the ceiling, above the mirrored wall across from them, they can get a glimpse of what is going on, more clearly, with the placement of a strip of mirror, angled down onto the work being performed below
