During the fall and winter I typically let all of my body hair grow out and I just trim my pubes and taper my stomach hair.

When I'm in a relationship and getting laid on a regular occasion, I will keep my balls shaved and my bush trimmed.
Shaft and balls are always shaved clean every couple of days. Bush is either trimmed very short (never let it get longer than 1/2 inch) or completely shaved. Lately I'm staying completely shaved most of the time. I've just gotten used to the look and feel of being smooth.

I'm almost always shaved, and I usually wear boxer briefs. I do still have a few thongs from my stripper days, though.
Grooming habits don’t seem to have any basis on sexual preference. Aren’t there gay men that are covered in hair and gay men that shave everything? Yeah, 100% straight, married 43 years. I shave my balls, penis shaft, and about 1" above my penis. I shave my ass as well. Pubic hair is trimmed to about 3/4" in length.
