Im a beginner at this just wanting some info on routines. I just bought a bathmate pump. Im currently around 5.5 inches. I wish to be around 8inches. Is that a realistic goal. As im getting older i am feeling more self conscious about my size and really dragging me down. Any help or pointers would be much appreciated guys.

Hello friend, to change saiz is posible up to 8inch, coz its too much gain, i start PE from age 20 and now 34 yrs old, no permenant gain, the solution trust and confident yr self.

Also, make sure you're using the right size cylinder. You should be able to touch the sides pretty shortly after applying vacuum. If not you're just gonna get edema. Proper sized tubes will apply more pressure to the "core" of the penis instead of just drawing fluid in to the skin. Also will give you more of a pull/stretch because once you touch the sides of the tube, there's only one place to go.
