I actually hate it when skin comes down over my head. I have to pull it back, or stretch it, at the urinal to avoid pissing on myself, or down my leg when I tuck it away. I guess some of us cut guys can be a bit thankful that we were cut "less" by the doc but mine didn't star covering my head until the 3rd month of doing restoration. The smallest I get flaccid (with my dick in ice water is a bit over 5 inches).
