Rainy Day Chill Out

Not much going on around where i live. It is drizzly and Tropical Storm Cristobal is going to drop a bit of rain on North Florida today and a few days afterwards. So, i decided to try my cooking prowess. I have been doing alot of cooking lately, didn't post any here. Here is a healthy snack i decided to put together. Pan fried Tofu i got from pinterest.com. I guess I have to go into the kitchen eventually. Now, hamburger steak or meatloaf?
