There is zero chance that he, and whoever else is behind these videos, are not aware of what he is doing. They are fully aware of the attention he gets for his looks and how tight his clothing always is. Whoever runs the youtube page regularly likes comments from people commenting on how tight his pants are. If he wasn't doing this on purpose he wouldn't wear the same skin tight pants in every video they do, and they camera wouldn't focus on his body so much.
