I think its the normal flashlight of his phone. as someone with a basic understanding of lighting/shadows, i can confirm that the shadow of his dick "in the air" is caused from his light source being his phone's flashlight & him holding it above his body. i can (shittly) recreate the scene in blender if you're not convinced.
