I had requested a video from him on instagram. He gave me the price I sent it. I would message him asking if he received it. He said yes, but he was busy at the moment, so give him a few. This went back and forth. I finally called him out, saying he was a scammer. He finally replied today that he wasn't a scammer and that he, in fact, was busy apparently (Tiktok live count as being busy). But he will deliver the video. It has been 2 months now, and I still haven't gotten the video. So, guys learned from my mistakes and don't send this guy money.
