nevertheless all the photos are from Rene's Twitter...not all of these are him
Are people really dumb enough to think that those are photos of him? And do people not realize that isn't his Twitter account?

I'm not convinced the account posting the dildo pictures is him at all. Especially considering his main Twitter never promotes the telegram group that account does. It seems more of a fan account that sells Rene's content on their telegram

Actually I think it IS his Twitter. It's linked to his Telegram group, which is his too.
