He gives people his Whatsapp so they can text him on there. He then gets them to send him money through Cashapp or PayPal so he can send the content through WhatsApp. My. guess is so he can make 100% profit instead of having OF take a percentage of what he makes. I got scammed by him through that way. Paid and then he never sent the content.
