Richard has publicly dated women, and I don’t think there would be as much an issue with him being low key with a man as he has been. Being bi is less provoking and than being gay for the conservative audience. I hope they keep Bond just as he has been, we don’t need a gay 007 to stir up more unnecessary drama in the media.I don’t see them casting someone who’s been in a somewhat low-key gay relationship for several years, not for that franchise. People keep trying to make James Bond more “queer” or wanting a female James Bond or wanting a black James Bond. That franchise appeals to an older demographic and it depends a lot on foreign markets. I don’t see them casting a queer actor who has gay relationships unless they were deep, deep in the closet.
