I guess you have to define what you think is risky. To me it means the danger of getting caught. But just having sex in an old underpass that nobody uses any more isn't very risky.

There’s plenty of sneaky train videos but this is on another level. How do they get away with full on orgies on the platform/train? No security cameras or officers in NYC subway?
