Curiously, I also want to hit 180lbs. Except the opposite direction. This isolation has me doing nothing but eating and not able to go to the gym, wiping out my month of progress :confused:
With everything going on i'm trying to eat more, but it's so darn difficult for me! But I won't give up and neither should you. We got this just got to push! I believe in ya
 
A little update

So i haven't posted on here for A bit because i just wasn't gaining weight and was slightly unmotivated. BUT...

For the first time i hit my daily calorie goal of 3,000 without protein powder and it just became easier to do. I realised I had been holding myself back, mentally. "3,000 is impossible to eat" or "2,000 has to be enough, right" After actually getting there for the first time I felt like it was definitely possible and i had been making excuses. But no more! I still plan to get to 180lb by the end of the year and I think i can actually do it. And i have someone that helps me find some exercises.

The downside ...I can't fit some of of my pants now, so........

Hey anyone still interested. It's been over a year lol my motivation had slipped slightly when it came to eating enough and weighing myself, but I'm still at it! I'm going to try to keep this updated this time haha. Quick Summary:

I have a friend a sometimes go to the gym with twice a week, but I focus on at home workouts because I have a lot of equipment that has most of what I need (I'll share my equipment in the next post). Also my current weight goal is now 200lbs so yeah
