He recently came back saying he's returned to form and he would explain his struggles soon. Did he ever end up explaining? He had such a weird 2018.
various levels of depression and mental health issues. He didn't really expand but it was very clear he was struggling for a long time.
That's a shame. Probably has to do with steroid usage. I had a close friend who went through the same issues. Steroids really mess you up mentally.
Perfectionists are prone to Mental Health issues too. Putting too much pressure on themselves. Pleased hes feeling a bit better xx
He was actually very sick last year.. had nothing to do with steroids.
