For me it's a huge deal breaker. I understand something like Hair transplantion or teeth correction but changing your facial features beyond recognition is something I don't advocate for. He's hot, never said he's ugly but that he's not natural

You can spin it anyway you want but it won't change the fact he owes his hot looks thanks to surgery. Besides, in some recent posts on IG his face looks kind awkward lol
