Is nudity coming in Russian saunas? Isn't Russia very conservative with sexuality and freedom of expression?
I don't think they view nudity as sexual in this context. Being nude in saunas is common in many European and Asian countries.
European countries, probably. Not sure about Asian countries though.
I am confident that it is the norm in at least Korea and Japan, and I'm pretty sure it's the same for China. I guess I should amend my statement to say East Asia, but generally, the attitude towards nudity in saunas/wash houses is very lax in Asia compared to western countries like the US.

Middle Eastern countries such as Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan, definitely not, but in Japan, the Onsens are predominately single sex, and naked. Even in European counties that have a sauna culture such as Finland, the nakedness applies to single sex sessions. Germany, however has mixed, nude saunas/spas. In post WW2 communist East Germany, nude recreation was actually encouraged.
