Simple logic. Twitter handle is nowhere near his instagram handle which for followers # transfer sake youd want to be same and recognizable, account is only 4 months old, never linked or mentioned either account on the other one, only ever posted pictures that were from instagram, never interacted with anyone or tweeted anything other than to post pictures already seen on insta.
Also catfish account on Twitter are usually over sexualized. The captions don’t match his old IG. Butttttt I’m happy you found it so I can save all these pics lol
