That's really hot. Having his bare helmet rubbing against his shorts when running about must feel fantastic. It's proof sportsmen don't need to wear anything under their shorts.

He's hot and all but if one day he gets his favorite toy badly injured it's not going to be funny. He needs to wear protection while competing, not matter how much he enjoys the flop show.
 
He's very hot and it is definitely hot to look at, but it seems in the professional world of athletics it would be against the rules to compete with zero protection to the genitals. I bet he'd change his mind if he took a blow to his jewels that resulted in permanent injury or inability to reproduce.

That would be a game changer as far as wanting to show the world his bare penis under those thin shorts. Seems this is one of those things you just don't do, no matter how horny of an exhibitionist you may be.
