He doesn't....in the first 3 season his character strips naked to transform but it it only shows him taking his shirt off before he turns into animals but when he turns back to human it shows him with his shirt off again but doesn't show anything below the waist

Yes. Ryan seems to be extremely into new age stuff, which is sometimes harmless, but can also sometimes lead people into believing a lot of absurd and dangerous conspiracy theories. He's shown evidence that he's the latter on a number of occasions in the last few years.
He's a terrible actor (probably the worst in Titans, not that the bar was super high anyway) but he's hot.
