Pretty much any law extends to those Koreans who live abroad. I guess he's willing to never return to Korea ever again then.

It would be harder to prosecute them abroad tbh unless they are that desperate. It require time and money adn the gov prolly would rather spend it on actual sex crimes. This is why some korean pornstars who show their face haven't been prosecuted as of yet even if they live in korea. Add to the fact that a person has to actually file a police report for the police to investigate. First time offences would prolly result in a fine and maybe probation rather than actual prison time.

A notable example would be this other guy y'all already know Jang Seok Hoon (장석훈), who once starred in a gay-themed short movie, has been doing OnlyFans since Idk & even has worked for JGV studios like G@MES/HUNK-Ch. He's still very active on Twitter/X too.

If he can take advantage of the loophole, then it's not impossible for Hwijun, I guess.

I literally just dropped by, because I remembered him as well haha! Interestingly enough, he starred in said Drama right before he decided to go public with his OF, it seems!
Another case would be BenKim . He's gotten immense success with his OF* because he's well endowed down there and by his YouTube videos it seems that he's still living in Korea merrily and happily!

*Wasn't able to find his OF however, it seems like he deleted his content and only makes exclusive content now? At least that's what his socials and his linktree allude to.

Nope you're right, on a similar level a few korean citizens and celebrities have gotten into trouble for gambling in Vegas.

Saeroi and a lot of these folks doing onlyfans are still in Korea. He is probably more brave than most.

I do hope they are going about it carefully, Seegasm did time a few years ago for running his website and when Big Ben Kim stopped his OF he implied that he was being threatened with exposure.
