Safe Cruising Versus Corporate Patrol

It seems from my limited experience that there is more supervision during the day than late nights in places like public toilets. This could be because of children using the toilets of course although I suspect that money is the sole driver behind this thinking. I am interested to know people's day versus night cruising escapades in toilets, parks etc and how they match up in terms of security and supervision. I also wondered if Neighbourhood Watch groups ever took an interest too
