I don’t understand how the skin can be connected to the head though? I’m uncut and I didn’t know the skin could grow from the head like

It can’t if you’re uncut. It’s caused by the skin healing incorrectly and fusing after a circumcision

Sorry for being late to the party, but I don't think I could cope if my penis looked like that. It isn't his fault, I wish the decision to circumcise or not was left to the individual whose penis it is, to decide.
