Saunas and spas in Nordrhein-Westfalen

Hi,

I will be in Nordrhein-Westfalen (Essen-Düsseldorf-Cologne) this month and I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for nice spas or saunas to visit. I like spas where you are nude and meet other hot guys, doesn't have to be sexual. Steam sauna is a must.

Have looked at Badewelt Euskirchen, Westfalen Therme and Badehaus Babylon.
