Aside from Scott, and Rex Mohs who this hypothetical kind of discards lol, probably Terry, he's most of the time the most reasonable character and the actor is pretty handsome, the employee is a close second place in both aspects

Those are boxers, you can see them in the mirror at 5:41 in that same video. You can see he wears boxers in all of his videos - you can see them in the most recent video in the background of some of the shots when he's talking about garage sales as well as in the "to delay a game" video. You can also see them on him when he bends over in "New Play Control" at 8:09 and in all of his live performances at Too Many Games and many of his blooper videos
