In SC's early days, when it was just Sean Cody himself running the site, he would scout for models himself. He would sometimes bring women along with him to find hot guys. The women would talk to the guys and Sean would then pitch the idea of coming to his studio.
As the site grew more popular, he would have his models scout for potential guys and/or refer their friends. Eventually, as SC became established as *the* premiere gay porn site, the models would submit their photos and videos to the company itself.
Sean certainly had an eye for finding male beauty and knowing what his subscribers wanted to see.
