Finally, years after first hearing about Sean Cody, I got an account for a month & paid the extra to download vids. I went through every guy on there & basically ended up with about 200GB of mostly old vids, lol.
Pretty much the only guys I really liked were:
Calvin, Dylan, Fuller, Jake, Kaleb, Noel, Nick (soap opera actress's son), and Owen. I REALLY liked Dexter.
Other than that, just a couple of random 1-2 scene guys. I was surprised how terrible the older quality vids were (pixelation, ghosting, etc...). Only person I looked up to see weht was Owen & I pretty much stopped there, lol.

I love the SC archive. It's amazing to watch the site blossom from low quality, subversive videos to being the (for a time) gold standard of gay porn.
There was something really special about their production. They had some guys who did work on other sites shortly after they appeared on SC and they looked ROUGH, so it's clear SC put a high premium on style, grooming, and production.
It wasn't perfect of course... They had some disturbing tolerances for racism, and they made some really poor pairings on occasion. But for a time, if you wanted to see a seemingly endless parade of hot men coming in and pushing their boundaries, SC was the place to be. There was a time when, for me, SC, Corbin Fisher, Randy Blue and StraightCollegeMen were masturbatory gold.I genuinely miss that.
I understand that all good things come to an end, but seeing SC die a slow painful death is especially hard.
Now all we get is a cycle of Asher-Deacon and the SLC Chunky Monkey.

Nick is practically the only one with a celebrity connection and was definitely used as a soap opera prop throughout the (The Bold and The Beautiful) show's run due to the soap star's family connection. Another one is the Twins who only did solos together that came from a very rich family. I believe they were very well to do. I am pretty sure I am missing one model that had a celebrity connection and he was a boytoy to Calvin Klein. I forgot his name, though.

The model who dated Calvin Klein was known as "Zeke" at SeanCody. He also performed for NextDoorStudios as "Aaron Skyline." His relationship with Klein ended years ago, and I recall reading somewhere that he hooked up with another sugar daddy shortly thereafter. I don't know what he's up to nowadays.
