I broke my rule of NOT listening to the interview parts of these videos. From the 40 second mark onward he sounds developmentally challenged. I don’t know if it was the editing but it was both cringe and off putting.
I think it's a combo of several things. It seems like he's nervous laughing and doesn't know how to be on camera (at the end he says he was nervous at the beginning). Also he doesn't seem like the sharpest tool in the box and the editing/background music definitely does not help.
