If someone has a pseudonym, it’s because they don’t want their name to be public. Looking at his gevi page, this is the only thing Sullivan has done. So he’s unlikely to have another pseudonym within the porn industry. So you’re basically asking us to doxx this guy. What is the real name of sullivan? I don't know if I'm allowed to ask that.
This link says Christian M., is that his real name?

Sorry, I did not mean to doxx him. I also don't like trafficking in the real names of porn performers because of their privacy. He mentioned in his solo video that he did modeling, so I just want to see his modeling photoshoots, if that is acceptable hahaIf someone has a pseudonym, it’s because they don’t want their name to be public. “Social Media” is pretty vague. If it’s someone posting thirst traps for the purpose of attracting followers, they’re a public figure at that point. That puts them into a different classification by law. If it’s a more intimate profile that is clearly intended for friends and family, then breaching their privacy in any regard can be seen as doxxing. People still do it because most victims don’t have the resources or money to track down a random internet commenter in order to pursue legal action. If you post a thread on here about some hot guy on social media and then someone recognises they did porn and links to it, it's seen as fine.
On the other hand, If you post a porn star and then someone links to their real social media, it's seen as bad.
Both situations are viewed differently even though they end in the same outcome, linking a porn star to their real identity. Just something I find funny.
I think it depends. Someone who is actively some type of influencer or model or random narcissist is probably less interested in protecting his past. And probably wouldn't care too much if past porn is discovered. He's already opened himself to that type of audience and isn't trying to be private by any means. If you post a thread on here about some hot guy on social media and then someone recognises they did porn and links to it, it's seen as fine.

Compared to most guys who stop doing porn and just lead regular lives now, no attention seeking thirst trapping for likes and starting an OF, or trying to become famous. They are just normal citizens. It's not the same thing really. We wouldn't know they really existed if not for the porn they did.
I think "public figure" here is being stretched absurdly. Everyone has social media now. That's the norm. It would be more abnormal to be some "digital hermit" just because you did porn once before, although some guys have no social media presence for many reasons (some of which are specifically due to harassment over their porn past bring discovered and weaponised by weirdo stalkers.)So an Instagram that isn't private, posting photos for everyone, not just friends and family, can be argued is trying to be a public figure and therefore posting their porn is a a-ok... interesting.
I think the mods would have to make to clear what their stance on that situation is. I don't know. I'm guessing it might come down to the actual influencer requesting the thread be locked if he's made aware.I follow a lot of guys of this vain, fitness dudes with small followings. I wonder how the mods here would deal with it if I post a thread about one of these guys, talking about how he's hot. Posting a couple of pictures and videos from his social media and then a few posts later feigning suprise and saying "Wow, he did porn on xxx website!". Long winded way to get past LPSG rules but could work lol
Yeah. It would probably be best to make it a case-by-case judgement with some general guidelines for what would be crossing the line. Unless the person in question says it’s wrong, of course.I think the mods would have to make to clear what their stance on that situation is. I don't know.
