hook an arm under your one leg while sitting down, pull your face toward your penis, which is to be held by your other hand, and suck. Some also do this standing. (Suck your gut in and push your rib cage over your abdomen).

Some lie on their bed or what not, throw their legs over their head and walk them down a wall or their bed's baseboard. Some also throw their legs over their head and suck. (Obviously you'd be lying on your back)

What you want to do is stretches...Lots of em.
Get your back conditioned to be able to bend.
Slowly work closer to your penis by bending. Take your time, and your back and muscles will adjust.

Use extreme caution if you do the legs over the head thing. you can really hurt your neck or cause strain.

For me, being 6" I could get close with this method, but I really Strongly STRESS watching your back and neck.
use a pillow, and try to support yourself so you have an easy out if things go awry. Slowly work on it, and you'll get it.

In the meantime, I'll see if I can find the documents and source of where I learned about the various methods and positions to do this.
