Truth be told, it's mostly split between genetics and a LOT of lower body exercises. High protein diet, RDL's, reverse hack squats, Bulgarian split squats. It takes months but you can grow a high assDoes anyone with a physique like this have a routine to achieve it ? I’ve messaged him a bunched of times and commented on his post asking him how he achieved his physique but he hasn’t responded. I already have the thighs and glutes, but since I’m tall my proportions aren’t as drastic as his. Someone pls give me tips, he has my dream lower body goals.
