Does anyone with a physique like this have a routine to achieve it ? I’ve messaged him a bunched of times and commented on his post asking him how he achieved his physique but he hasn’t responded. I already have the thighs and glutes, but since I’m tall my proportions aren’t as drastic as his. Someone pls give me tips, he has my dream lower body goals.

Truth be told, it's mostly split between genetics and a LOT of lower body exercises. High protein diet, RDL's, reverse hack squats, Bulgarian split squats. It takes months but you can grow a high ass
