yeah, he’s still by far the more mainstream famous of the two, though she’s definitely nothing to scoff at. That being said, she’s been linked romantically by the media to almost every male in her age range (several of whom have turned out to be queer) so it’s hard not to read all this as some kind of convenient publicity play by their respective management teams
A relationship can also be real and still milked for the publicity. It‘s not hard to imagine that with her upcoming song drop and tour and with him on this hiatus, but still needing to maintain celebrity that the PR agents at their same record label encourage them to spend time together publicly. I mean like the event last night, they clearly arrived separately (and made no attempt to dress like they were attending the same event) but made a show getting into the same car when leaving… you think these millionaires are splitting a chauffeur to save a few bucks? No their label said hey, you guys are gonna be at this same event, it’s great PR if you guys leave together. Simple as that.
Did they go back to Shawn’s and fuck? Who knows (I hope so)? But let’s not deny that these sort of relationships are super orchestrated, even when “real”.

they have to otherwise how would they fantasize that 1) he's gay and 2) they have a shot with him
the purpose of celebrities is to fantasize about them. That’s what they’ve always been for. It’s why for decades girls have gotten to buy Teen Beat magazine and put up posters in their locker and on their walls and dream of being Mrs. Elvis or whoever. It’s not wrong or unusual that we do the same. If we’re not fantasizing about Shawn on some level here then what are we doing? I don’t see anyone discussing his latest album.
But this constant need to drag him gets a bit much. It's some weird frustration that a lot of folks here seem to feel to not see him declare himself as a flaming homosexual. Fantasizing and then constantly frabricating stories about how his PR is working overtime to prove he's straight are two different things, only one of which is desirable/nice to read.
I don't know how many people want to read the same bitter old nonsense.
I think he's hot AF don't care about his personal life, he could date a cat for what matters it's not my business. They have already closed this topic several times please enough with the sexuality debate. Let's enjoy this man and end it there
