Happy to stand corrected, but to my knowledge models can not delete ppv content once you have paid to unlock it even if they remove the original post, deactivate their account or even have their account banned. It will always remain in your purchased thread. Sending tips for content that is then sent to you via DM is another story all together and can easily be deleted by the creator and will also disappear if they deactivate their account or get banned. For this reason I will never tip for anything!
Saying that, the one time I have also discovered something missing from my purchased thread I came to the conclusion it was because Onlyfans moderators had removed the content because it was likely to have been in breach of their community guidelines. I worked out by process of elimination that the model was photographed with a knife. I never did anything about it at the time because it had been over a year since I had made the purchase or even realised it was missing... and now the creator is no longer even on the platform having recently been banned all together. Maybe something similar has happened with your purchases missing from these guys?
