I thought about this topic and give this topic great thought. Also I am interested in how others feel about this topic as well. do y'all feel like this will open Pandoras box if it becomes a requirement for std checks to be screened before shooting with other content creator? :emoji_exclamation::eyes:

I think it's part of the due diligence that anyone who undergoes this type of content creation should do. Like, yes it should be expected that they provide that information. But the onus should be on the creators themselves to request that information and make it a requirement. Especially if they aren't going to use protection. At the end of the day, since it's not truly an industry through agencies, the creators have to take on that responsibilities and regulate that themselves.

But do you think it becomes dangerous when these subscriptions sites is replacing traditional porn sites? Also yes content creators should be responsible but it should be a extra layer of protection in place for folks who think it's okay to going around spreading stds in the name of making money . Plus it need to be more regulated if the porn industry had mandatory testing so should content creators and also IDS need to be provided as well to prove age.

You are responsible for your own protocols, not a place that provides you an outlet to do what is allowed by them. Shooting porn for a studio and using a camera to film sex are not even close to being the same.

This is like asking if Airlines should have a breathalyzer at the ready if a passenger may be too drunk to fly, or a waist measuring tape at the ready if they're too wide for one seat. Self-responsibility is key.

It’s definitely a problem from first hand accounts of ex models that tweeted about it.

ID's are required. OF and the webcam sites are very strict about performers providing ID when they sign up. I broadcast on both sites so I know the process, and in the case of cam sites they are extremely forceful about nobody appearing on cam unless they are verified

That's good to hear and also how do you feel about masked performances and do you feel if you going to do porn then you should be brave enough to show yo face

Not at all. There can be real consequences to having that come out about you to the wrong people. So if someone doesn't want to give their identity out to the world than it's their prerogative.

People in porn are supposed to be tested, but they still get pozzed, get STDs, and infect others. They can test "negative", but really have HIV and other diseases from very recent unsafe sex with clients as that is where the real €£$ is.

They're independent workers so I doubt that OF would ever make it a requirement. OF performers should want to have healthy sex practices by knowing one another's status , especially when fucking raw but this isn't necessarily the case. I've chatted with a few of them and one guy who's also an escort has sex with his clients unprotected and another on camera performer who also escorts told me that he doesn't even ask about STD/HIV status. This is risky and incredibly irresponsible.
