I'll second that. I've been following them since the late 2000s, when you still had to get the film on DVD. Up to the last calendar in 2023, it's always been a case of playing 'spot the dick'. A lot of the time, if you saw any at all, it was accidental, because someone's hand slipped. Whether you'd see anything and how much depended on the person. Some guys clearly didn't care, and enjoyed larking around naked. Over the years, I think it's shifted more towards the second group, and it's been a struggle to see anything with the last few calendars.

The producers seem to have previously left it mostly down to the lads what gets shown. I do remember a early one where they were asked as part of an interview whether they minded being shown full frontal. In the recent ones, I can't help feeling that any shots that were caught were moved to the more expensive reward packages.

I just downloaded the "More From the Boys" film, the first I've tried of the new Rugby Helps Our Heroes films. I wonder if the rebranding away from the university has allowed the change, because these are like a breath of fresh air. It's clear that there is now direction on this and it's that you will strip naked and show full frontal. New lads are actually introduced by stripping completely and posing full frontal. In one scene, a guy is asked to turn around and stop covering. Most of the guys are just casually naked all the time and playing with themselves.

I think shifting away from the calendar model was overdue. A lot of the covering in the earlier films is because we're seeing them posing for a naked calendar, not performing for the film. The naked calendar craze from which the SHU calendars arose never showed full nudity, but was always about covering up that bit in funny ways. It worked then, but they are now competing in a market where everyone and their dog has an OnlyFans. Just as they got rid of the cocks in socks from the early calendars, it's about time they moved away from cheeky bum shots and maximised their market. On the down side, I guess there will be a few guys who don't participate any more.

I do wonder what is in the rewards package for these new videos, given the standard video shows far more than the rewards package I bought for the 2022 calendar.

The rewards package is 6h50m of footage and includes some watersports action not included in the regular film.

But nothing new, just lots more of the same? That was my experience with the one for the calendars; the same footage, but multiple times from different angles (a few of which allowed you to see things you couldn't before). I skipped over the watersports in the regular version, so wouldn't be rushing to pay fifteen times as much for more, but each to their own.

The fact that they had a picture of some biscuits for one of the films gave me a hope that they were playing soggy biscuit in one of the clips, but sadly it seems not.
 
Lots of frontals, it worths as much as the latest productions worth, even if I'd say I miss a bit the lockers mood.
Many sketches, but no "Rugby" stuff like team showers, or pyramids as we were used.

But def a must buy.
