Skype Blocked - What To Do?

My skype account that was connected to my phone no. and that I used for chatting with LPSG users was blocked, but I can't just get a code to my phone, I'd have to fill out a form on MS website, stating my name, email and phone number and say why I want it unblocked. Two questions:
1. I don't want to fill it out and give my personal details. Can I just wait and the account will be closed?
2. I never sent or shared nude images, I was just sent some by others and chatted on cam. All the users were clearly of age and I always asked them their age. Pornography or nude chatting with adults are legal in my country. Do I have a reason to be afraid of Microsoft reporting me and any legal consequences? The account was assigned to my phone number, I never crossed any lines.

I've read several pages on the MS website, both in English and in Polish. I know that sharing porn is not allowed but I didn't do it. All that comes to my mind is adding new contacts from here regularly and writing v. similar first messages. Maybe that's suspicious to skype.
