It's amazing how certain things like sneakers, boots, work shoes and even smells, colors, uniforms and such can have such a profound sexual effect on people. In high school all the football guys wore a certain Nike, off white, tennis shoe type of cleated sneakers. They weren't the real deal cleats, the bottom cleated part of the shoe was soft enough to wear on a casual basis. I remember turning the world upside down back then to find this shoe as it was incredibly sexy. I did find them and loved wearing them. I knew the football guys probably looked at me and wondered why in the hell I was wearing them, as I wasn't a football jock. I can still see those tall, trim small waisted beefy guys strutting down the halls of my high school wearing those shoes with their tight Levis and Izod shirts. So hot back then, the late 70's and early 80's.
