Going4Seven: Hey guys,
I started pumping and I had some questions regarding the pressure to use. I do not have a pressure gauge. All I have is the sqeeze pump that is on most blood preasure measurers. Once I get my cock into the tube, I wait till I get semi erect and then start pumping. When do I know I reached a good pressure? I stop when I feel a good stretch but my erction goes down slowly once I stop for a few. Is this normal? and should I startto pump it back up again when that happens? Any info would be great. thanks alot!

Hey, Going4, it seems to me the important thing here is the initial pressure you pump to. If you don't pump it too strongly with the first, then when it looses, give it some more pumps until it gets to the original 'hold'. It should be keep at the same pressure are much as possible.

My pump is electric and will keep consistent pressure whatever the setting, which can be adjusted to any strength.

I hope this helps, buddy, and good luck with the peter pump.

jonnips: Hi,

It sounds to me like your tube is not silling properly, as you penis should stay hard until you release the pressure.

Check your tube to see if the joints are silled correctly. If the sill is broken run some super glue over the joint.

Make sure to use plenty of cream, as this will also help to make a better sill.

Good Luck,

Jon.

jerkin4-10: dude....the seal is really important...make sure and use a good heavy lube...i use astroglide...a bit expensive but worth it...put plenty around where you are putting the tube...even on the base of the tube...ive found starting out about 5lbs and keeping that steady is good for the 1st 15 mins...as you work up to the hour max that most pumps recommend...increase gradually the pressure...not to exceed 10 lbs...or you will 'donut' your dick...this is a slow but sure process...make sure and do the hot wrap before you pump EVERYTIME...this aids in growth...and helps to prevent discoloration...good luck man :) oops...missed the part about no gauge...sorry...
the most important thing is...if its painful...back off...you should feel pressure...but not pain...

Going4Seven: thanks for reply guys! I appreciate it a lot. I don't have anything to use for a seal. I have some vitamin E lotion which is really thick and creamy. Should I use that, or will it destroy the rubber? I aso forgot to mention that I am using the Big Man's Pump. You can find it www.tigerpumping.com down a bit on he home page. I am using the different sizes to accomidate my size in the tube since it is so big around. I am using th medium one now but thinking about tryng to squeeze into the smaller one to make sure I don't suck up the sac a little like what is happening now. Any thoughts to what I should try?

Going4Seven: one more thing i forgot to mention in my last post... sorry... I also want to get a really good "pump" feelin when I am done, because I have not felt that yet. I cannot maintain a solid erection when I am done pumping... am i doing somthing wrong if this is not happening? thanks again!

A lot of products are on the market, Going4. Vaseline and Johnson's Baby Oil work, ID Glide is the best I've used, but it came with an Aneros Acustick and I don't know where it can be purchased separately. Maxilube is another good one, also. Go to an adult book store and shop or even use the internet, Lubes are plentiful and not HARD to find.

Good Luck, man, the lube is critical, as you have learned.
Go to the kitchen and find some olive oil or even Crisco if necessary.

Your right to be concerned re. the effect some lubes might have on the rubber seal, but I have never used any that caused the problem. Perhaps other KPSG members can enlighten us on that matter.

rikter8: If your tube is not the proper size for your cock, your wasting your time, and damaging your cock.

Bud, Get a tube that FITS!!! Before you damage your tissues.

Measure your size, and then use the fitment guides.
If you want help on this, let me know.

Vacuum:
You want to use a low steady vacuum for pumping. High vacuum can cause damage to your valves, and bumps or discoloration of your penis.
Go Slow my friend - if its a manual pump, try pumping with warm water in the tube. The warm water encourages tissue growth.
(Obviously do not do this with an electric pump!!)

Lubes:
I have had very good luck with a penetrating lotion.
Remember there are 2 goals here - Lubrication AND making your skin pliable and soft for stretching.

As I said before Fitment of the Tube is #1. If you have a cheap generic porn shop tube, you truly are wasting your time, and risking damaging your cock.

Let me know If I may help

Corey

jonnips: Emulsifying ointment is the best cream to use for pumping. Put the cream on your parts and then add water, the water will make the cream very slippery. It can be bought of any Drug Store and its very cheap.

jonnips: Hi,

I have just checked out the Big Man Pump that you say you are using...The Pump is your problem, it is really no more than a toy...If you want to carry on using this pump forget about the rubber donnut and the pump, go buy your self some new hose and a small bulldog clip. With the new hose adtached to the vacuum tube draw out the air using your mouth, and then adtach the clip to the end of the hose to seal it off. Good Luck, Jon

Going4Seven: I'm confussed about not using the donut anymore. Its the only way I can get a good seal. If i don't use it, the tube is huge and i can't put that around just my cock... what do i do? i'm going to try and use the smaller sized donut to get a better seal this time and see how that goes. i think that mght be part of the problem. froma pumping standpoint, i'm not big enough to be at the second level of size yet for the donut. also, would that Rich and Creamy Vasoline work for lube or is that a bad lube that will destroy the rubber? thanks again...

jonnips: Hi  RoysToy

In answer to your question. I am called jonnips because I have very large nipples and they are not vacuum pumped. Jon

jonnips: Hi Seven,

I will repeat this once more as this is only only cream you should be using.

Emulsifying ointment is the best cream to use for pumping. Put the cream on your parts and then add water, the water will make the cream very slippery. It can be bought of any Drug Store and its very cheap

Good Luck. Jon

Going4Seven: Thanks Jon for all the info. I'll check out that sight today and hopefully go get some of the ointment today as well. Thanks for all the help out there guys!

BrownEyedGuy: I would caution any of you against pumping. I did the vacuum pump thing when I was in my 20s. Now I have a blood flow problem that prevents me from getting rock hard erections. I also have permanent discoloration in my cock. I wish I could change the past.

jonnips: Hi BrownEyedGuy,

I feel very sorry for you and as you say you were in your 20s when you first pumped, so that was about 20 year ago...pumping has come alone away since then. I have been pumping for over 20 years, and I do not have any of the problems which you have. You have just been unlucky. Jon
