Just got my new estim silicon sounding. At just under 14" it's by far the longest I've tried and totally mindblowing when connected up. Have started with a 5.5mm dia, but 7.5 or 9.5 will be next.

As you see in the pic, the sound only takes one half of the connection, so the other lead goes to a sticky pad on the base. I might try the pad lower next time.

I already had the estim unit which cost me about fifty, a couple of years ago. I tend to buy estim or TENS controllers sold as medical devices, as they are a lot cheaper than those sold as sex toys.
