I have the DVDs and haven't even taken the time to check out that sexiness. Since they didn't show his glory in Season 1 I didn't expect it in Season 2 [I say 2 because Gods of the Arena was a prequel, only 6 episodes long, and was more or less a filler while Andy Whitfield battled Lymphoma. I thought this “Spartacus” series was more-or-less fantastic. Season 2 was my least favorite, but s1, s3, and the prequel miniseries were all written so well, with engaging drama and a surprising amount of accurate(ish) history, and - as discussed - it had tons of amazing guys in various states of nudity and undress. I really miss “Spartacus” now. I tried to fill the void with “Vikings,” which is great in its own right, but it just ain’t Sparty.
