He’s adorable but I have to agree with the judges. It’s like he memorizes the steps and just executes them like a gymnastics floor routine but doesn’t allow his body to relax and flow with the music. His dancing has an almost mechanical quality to it. Not that it has much of a practical implication because everyone loves him and the judges still give him high scores and the public still votes for him. The power of being an adorkable nerd twink!

His dancing has an almost mechanical quality to it. Not that it has much of a practical implication because everyone loves him and the judges still give him high scores and the public still votes for him. The power of being an adorkable nerd twink!

Hopefully he'll deepen the emotionality of the dances while maintaining his impeccable technique. This will help him on the Pommel horse too, which I find a bit mechanical. I say this because he is SO good I want him to be even better.
