It looks like it was done for his short-lived personal web initiative, stevehooper4u... A kind of very early forerunner to OF. Such a shame that he didn't persevere with it or, alternately, go the OF route more recently. He has such a fan base still that it could have been a money-spinner for him. Oh well, at least there's lots of old content out there for us to enjoy.
