Straight guys: gym locker room and showers

Not normally. However, on those occasions I’m hanging particularly heavy after a workout I have taken my time walking to the showers and let it swing back and forth a bit. Not talking about being aroused or walking with a semi, just that full, heavy feeling. Probably gives me more of a thrill than anyone else that the boys are looking, and feeling, pretty fucking good that day.
I always want others to take a look then tell me how much they like what they saw..Then suggest I go sit in the steam room if I want my balls drained...I go in for sure!

I strip off and don't his anything at all in the locker room and showers. It's a masculine atmosphere and is normal. Dunno if that's showing off but I don't care who sees anything
One of the perks from my company is a fitness center. During lunch I usually work out and I shower afterwards. I guess some of my coworkers have glanced at my junk, as I probably have theirs. Either way, it’s just a dick. Big, small, semi, or afraid. It’s just like the next dudes.
I don't hide in the locker room, I don't mind if people see me and within reason I'll show off a little. If I notice that someone taking a look I'll make sure to give them an opportunity to get a good eyeful. For me its not about the person looking at me, but more about me being on display and getting that kind of attention. It's more about exhibitionism than anything else. Of course, if there isn't an obvious want to get a look at me I just go about my business, but I don't hide myself if its inconvenient for me.
I don't get guys who put underwear on as soon as they turn off the shower. I couldn't stand wearing damp underwear under my clothes for however long it takes them to dry.

Being naked in locker rooms and showers is not an issue here. It's all open and relaxed. I guess its only normal that guys check each other out, and no problems with that. I'm the kind of guy who gets an erection very easily. So yeah, I occasionally get a reaction down there in locker rooms and showers too.

Funny story about that.
I used to go to the Y after work, to swim. But in the winter the high school teams monopolized the pool in the afternoon and evening.
So I started going in the morning before work.
After my swim, I showered, went back to my locker to dry off, and put on a pair of boxer shorts, grabbed my shaving stuff and walked to the are with the sinks.
When I got there, there were 4 or 5 guys shaving - all naked. I never felt so out of place wearing underwear!
I shaved naked every morning after that.
I don't seek attention from guys no, I appreciate guys of that persuasion are going to look especially when there's a bulge like mine. I don't mind comments but all propositions are turned down, I'm just not that way inclined bruh.

I'm comfortable being naked after a good workout in the gym. Walk with my towel over my shoulder to and from the showers. No big deal.

I stay naked as long as possible so I can fully dry off.
Also, some time ago, I discovered that the men at the YMCA shaved naked at the sinks after their showers. I joined in that custom.

All of this seems so new to many people who were born after 1980. It was the norm for most of us. We grew up together. Shared open locker rooms and showers during PE. We did the same in college. It's no biggie. Every guy has a dick and nuts. Take a quick glance, don't stare, and get cleaned.

I don't wear a towel around me when walking to or from a shower, but if what I have interests anyone, they are free to look. I don't do anything to draw attention to myself.
I’ve posted a version of my response below in another similar thread, but am posting it here again as it’s relevant:
I have been a regular at a gym on a university campus for the past 3 years and I’m happy to report that, at least at this school, young (presumably mostly straight) guys aren’t afraid to get naked in the locker room. It was only last summer that they set up dividers in the showers, which had been communal since the gym was built in the late 70s. I’ve seen some both the largest and smallest dicks in my life in that shower, and you have the full gamut of everything: cut, uncut, shaved, natural, girthy, slender, micropenis, huge balls, etc. I’ve seen a 5’5 guy packing more meat than 6’7+ Division I basketball players.
I think a lot of different factors are at play, with the setting and clientele being two prominent factors. At 30, I am one of the older patrons at the time I go (every morning between 7-9 am, though there are a few much older guys here and there). During this time of morning, we’re a small crowd (about 25 guys) and we all know/of each other as regulars. For myself included, I think it’s helpful to know that the guys you see in the locker room are also the same ones putting in work on the gym floor. I’ll be the first to admit that I also enjoy checking out other guys’ bodies, but we can all tell when someone is just a shower/locker room hawk who comes in for the sole purpose of checking out other guys and maybe looking for action: You never saw them actually working out. I also avoid changing around these types.
There have been plenty of guys who would be extremely modest in the locker room, and then after a week or so of noticing me moving about naked, changing sans towel, and sitting in the sauna in the buff, they would start to follow suit. I’ve even seen guys come to the sauna in their underwear then once they saw me there naked, they would go back to their lockers, take them off, and come and sit completely naked with me. Since they put up the shower stalls, I’d say a solid 40% of the guys shower with their curtains open (myself included), and when there are groups of guys who are friends or teammates and they’re chatting, the number is even higher.
More than just being naked for the sake of being naked, I enjoy showing off my body because I work hard to improve it. I can’t explain everyone else’s reasoning, but imagine that a lot of other guys follow the same logic. And I “group think” (or in this case, activity) is a real thing, so I think that if there are enough or even a majority of guys doing it, then others would follow suit.
Also, it’s important to remember that my generation was raised by the generation before us and the values they imparted. So the real question about where this prudishness and fear of nudity became more prominent needs to be directed to the late baby boomers and early gen X-ers who raised us, not millennials and gen Z-ers.

Yeah I'm normally a bit awkward but love showing off so enjoy showering naked, I do get turned on but it's just the being naked in front of other people, not being interested in them
