I have mentioned my married male psychologist in a previous thread . Last month during one of our meetings I noticed him looking swiftly at my bulge area but our conversation continued without me acting as if I clocked his glance . We were not talking about anything sexual at the time and I never get hard during our encounters so I was surprised he looked at that moment. I actually questioned if he wanted me to notice his quick glance but I don't really think so, it was so discreet but still remarkable if you catch what I mean. Since then I have been doubting what I witnessed - what else could he have been staring at etc. Maybe he was thinking "jeez I wonder if this guy is getting hard in our meets. I hope not. Let me verify".
Or maybe he was hoping that I would be hard. We have spoken about sexual stuff in our sessions sometimes but not so much in that particular moment. I'm sure that I observed it. Does this mean he has sexual fantasies about me? Otherwise why look there? Any ideas?

You have posted multiple similar topics, so here goes.
First, I do applaud anyone who voluntarily seeks out behavioral health assistance

You mentioned that you previous practitioner, was moving, so I am guessing you have found another.
Can both of your encounters / psychological professionals secretly be attracted to you? sure possibly.
However as they are paid to talk / listen and observe, I would bet against it.

If some of your problems are sexual in nature, either deep routed or on the surface.
A good trained professional would be monitoring your verbal responses in addition to your facial expressions, checking for clinched hands, squinting of the eyes, tears; and yes even physical arousal when asked questions ; or as you are reciting.

I am in no way a medical professional, just a guy who has been around the block a few times. So I would like you to Google The medical term Transference

( I throw in the cartoon, as I just like cartoons )

Good luck
